A three-column result board showing home win, draw and away win as separate states

Guide 01 / outcome

Three labels. One stated period.

1, X and 2 classify the result at the end of the market period. The score source and period must be checked before the label can be used.

Read the notation

1 / home

The home team leads at the end of the stated period.

X / draw

The teams are level at the end of the stated period.

2 / away

The away team leads at the end of the stated period.

The period is part of the market

A full-match market, first-half market and extra-time market can produce different classifications from the same event. Do not infer the period from the 1X2 label alone.

Hypothetical input

Half-time score 0–0; normal-time score 1–0. First-half 1X2 is X. Normal-time 1X2 is 1, if those are the published market periods.

What is not universal

Abandonment, postponed matches, venue changes, awarded results and later corrections are handled under the specific platform’s rules.
